The problem with $5 bullets is that I can't walk down there and get it back to sling it again. If you don't have a problem with headstamps, 7 mm rem mag brass is a lot easier to get, just run it through a 257 wby f\l resize die and load it up. The shoulder will fireform the first shot and since the oal of the case is just a bit shorter, you don't have to trim cases.
