You can even change calibers (308 based) if you'd like.

      This is all.

No, but it would be after I registered it & de-pinned it for the can.... I dig that Wilson but still think my money would go towards a SCAR 17 if I wanted a combat 308.

Wilson will sell the snot out of this LW 308 however!! IMHO...great platform & Bill will not let one out of the shop if it does not group. LIKE!!!!!

I have the S&W M&P10 and like so far. have put about 100 rounds through it and it hasn't jammed. Bought it stock and changed Butt stock, hand guard and pistol grip to Magpul in tan.

I have four of their guns now. They're everything I'd hoped for and I hear you on registering it and pulling the pin.

You may not remember, but you were the one that pointed me in their direction.

I like Wilson combat. I have took several hogs and 1 coyote with mine but its the Border Patrol 12 gauge like their 308 project

Wilson takes the direction that "only accurate guns are interesting"...to me, that is why Wilson is considered the very top shelf of 1911's. I think their AR's will follow, hold value & is worth every penny. He stands behind everything they produce. A 7.7 AR-10 sounds like a dream if you like that platform. I'm sure it will be another home run for the company. He rarely releases anything that fails. Heck, his knives and ammo are impressive and they may be outsourced??

Still, if I had to choose a combat 308, I REALLY like the SCAR!! It has some advantages over the AR platform and well proven. A canned 17 would be heaven.

Mucho dinero but we are blessed with some great weapons to choose from!!

As long as people are tossing ideas out there I will toss my hat in. Personally run a SASS DMPS but if you want something good in 308 get a FAL and be done.

The Wilson is looking pretty good. I have said Amy other threads I have owned multiple 308 AR's. I finally ponied up for the scar17 and I haven't looked back. If it's within in your budget that's the way I would go...
