I just got 13 boxes of this stuff. Not sure if I am going to shoot it or sell it. It is hard for me to stop using my hand loads.

I sent in my rebate roughly 6 weeks ago and got a $10 check in the mail last week. Lucky I guess...

I did the buy two, get a box free deal.

Why don't you follow up with them?

Unless it's a neck shot with the 223, I have found the 110gr ttsx to be a better boiler room AR bullet. The carnage was impressive with the 300BO. 150 yards didn't flinch...took out front should & amazing bleed out on the exit.

The bullet did take a little jog from the shoulder hit & it was barely quartering...bullets can do funny things?? The exit is covered by the gun...nothing but nasty mush on the heart, part of the liver & one lung. Was worried about clipping the gut when I walked up but nada. Easy clean accept for the blood bath in the bucket. Round # one kill a success albeit a smaller 2-3yr deer.

We'll see how the next test goes....hopefully on a larger cull. Think I'm gonna like this sbr but still want a 6.8 to compare.

I've decided to take my next deer with a .223 Barnes VOR-TX. I'll post my results.

If anyone knows if they are identical that would be great.
I have gone thru 20 types, grains, and brands of ammo to see what my 223 likes.

I fired 4 five round groups of Fusion 62 gr. right next to a target that I shot 4 five rounds groups of Fusion MSR 62 gr.

They both grouped within 1.25" and 1" low from my zero.

I couldn't tell the difference from one target and the other. I think they may be the same round. One is tested from longer barrel than the other. My rifle is 18" barrel 1/9.
