Buy a donor rifle and sell what you don't need
$475 rifle turns into a $375 action (investment)
7mag will also work .... Or a standard .473" bolt face can be opened to .532" by smith

Wal Mart in Graham has Remington 700 ADL long actions on sale for $297.00 That's cheap for a donor action.
