    Question for CHL Instructors

A buddy of mine got a Class B misdemeanor (reckless driving). October of this year will be 2 years he got it. I have been trying to get a correct answer for him as to whether or not he is eligible to get his CHL after the 2yr mark in October. I have been told by a few people that "think so, but aren't sure." I figured there are alot of people that ore on here that have had this asked before. Thanks in advance for any info.

My buddy got a DWI and after his two years he got his back. My answer is Yes but I could be wrong.

Ok even after it has been 5 years you still have to send in the court docs right?
