Jamming 6.8 spc questions

I am trying to help a friend fix his jamming issues with his 6.8 AR. I think it is a combination of cheap older style mags and his m4 feed ramp needs to be polished. What do you'll think. The AR is not short stroking.

does the failure look like this when it occurs?


the two dots are from the neck hitting the bolt cutouts in the feed ramps, no biggie, but the picture I put up is a commom issue with the 6.8 SPC. The round that feeds from the right side of the magazine gets stuck sliding across the boltface on the ejector. The ejector can either be replaced with one that has beveled edges or chamfered down with a dremel
