I plan on purchasing one to clean a little brass and also my spectre II rimfire suppressor….. other than the ultrasonic cleaner what things do I need for this whole process? glass tub, cleaning agents, what???

I have two ultrasonic cleaners. One is a Branson that holds about 5 gallons of water. It will heat too. The other is one of the small cheap units from Harbor Freight. It works great for cleaning brass as the other is just too big. I use the RCBS case cleaner concentrate. Mix it with water and brass comes out shiny clean. I deprime and then use the ultrasonic cleaner. I would not put the suppressor in the case cleaning solution. It probably will tarnish it badly. -
50% mixture vinegar and water with a couple of drops of dawn for 16 minuets then finish up with a mixture of birchwood casey for 8 min. Then I tumble for a little while. Walaa looks like brand new brass inside and out including primer pockets.Comment
