Any idea what the weight of the Ruger trigger is Mike?

I don't know, I've never measured it. From what I am reading it looks like the trigger geometry is different creating more leverage and therefore perceived as lighter weight.

All I know is I have owned both and hated the trigger on the smith and really like the one on the LCR.

Best thing to do is go somewhere that will let you manipulate both triggers side x side to feel the difference.

I have shot the 642 and the 442... I'm gonna need to find an LCR and shoot that to compare
