    tikka t3 lets see em

I just picked up a tikka t3 lite in 25-06. not sure what direction I want to go with this one. scope, bed, paint, and throw in truck. or start a build. lets see some of your tikkas and what you have done to them.

I have the T3 hunter in 25/06. Only addition is a 4-12x40 Nikon Buckmaster. Bought the gun in 2007/8. Killed quite a few deer with it, to include my longest shot at 270 yds. Needs nothing additional other than whatever sling I put on it before a hunt, other than a scope upgrade to a Leupold VXIII in a similar power range later in the year

I just bought another one a month ago, T3 Lite SS, in .243. Slapped a Swaroski 3x9x36 on it, but have not sighted it in as of yet. I had one years ago in 22-250 and killed several deer and pigs with it.

I have a Sako A7 with a Ziess 3x9 in 25-06. Its basically the same gun as your Tikki. I love the 25-06 and the Tikkas and/or Sakos.

Yup, the A7 is a great gun as well. I have one in .308, but put a Zeiss Conquest 3.5x10x50 on top of it.

Bought one in .270 WSM last week. Little brother has had a left handed one for about 5 years. Love these guns

My buddy followed an idea I saw on here from It's Leo, he went with a Tikka T3 Light in stainless, Bell and Carlson Medalist stock (black with gray "streaks") and he stuck a Nikon on it. It's a tack driver in the limited time I shot it and it doesn't recoil hard at all. He got it in .30-06. My next rifle will be a Tikka T3, I just think they offer more than the other big names in terms of quality and accuracy guarantee. My .02

That's cause they're a Sako. And Sako makes good stuff. I told dad he could hunt with mine if he scoped it. It's got a fresh out of the box Leupold Vari-X III 3.5-10 on it. Now I just need to shoot it!

This is my T3 300WM ultra lite. Love it, I put a limbsaver on it so it doesn't destroy my shoulder but have been considering a thread-in muzzle brake.

Mine looks pretty basic, but here's the group it posted with factory ammo

Looks good. I need to get out to the range as soon as my household goods shipment gets in. I'm itching. Have fired mine in 6 months plus.
