Notice how they asked the judge to stop his ruling until the appeal process is complete?
And the requirements are ridiculous also. All they will figure out by having the gun owner submit photo's and registration info, is that the law abiding citizen's aren't the one's committing the gun crimes. It's amazing we have such simple and narrow minded folks in offices of power.

It is a rhetorical statement but it is true nonetheless..... all laws are legal until overturned by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Many of these laws in the most ultra-liberal areas (Chicago, DC, etc.) are finally being overturned in the courts.

And simply by being a CHL holder, you are statistically 8.5 LESS likely to kill someone and 10.6 LESS likely to commit any crime than the average citizen.
