Who do I make a check out to...

I bought a couple of silencerco harvesters today from silenced America and I need to mail in a check to them and one to the ??? Is it the atf? They told me who to make it out to but I forgot. Seems like it was the BATF or something like that

Yup right on the form 4. Submit with your application a check or money order for the appropriate amount made payable to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Upon approval of this application, this office will acquire, affix and cancel the required "National Firearms Act" stamp for you.
