    Eating Crow

Never been a Glock fan. Picked up a used G20 for a song last year. Added a 6" barrel, ghost ring sights, and handloaded for it. Its just as much fun to me as my 1911's, and the only gun on my hip when I head out hunting....Picked up a G19, use it as my daily carry since it hides well on me. I haven't shot a pistol that dang well in quite awhile, other than my Les Baer. Its one gun that I just can't seem to let go of, nothing needs upgrades, and feels like an extension of my arm. So, in essence, to all the Glock lover's and hater's, I am reformed, but not a rabid Glock fan, so much so, that I trust my life, as well as my family's to it if ever called upon. Side note, I did not save any target pics, and don't need to. Now, its time to save some pennies and take the class from Tuffbroadhead. That is all, carry on

I've been thinking about crossing to the dark side myself. Just to see what it feels like.

I've strayed from glocks many times looking for greener pastures. I've always come back to them

I still love my 1911's...however, my bedside gun is a Glock 29.

I still own a couple of glocks. They are covered in dust around here somewhere. They work fine I just like a finely tuned 1911.

They definitely grow on you. Got one headed to my ffl right now.

Oh and that's a huge 10-4 on Dale's class. I'd take it again tomorrow. And will do part 2 eventually.

I only can partake in the koolaid Mon through Sat.....Sunday is 1911 day, the "church gun" as my better half calls it. Being Father's Day, the nice 1911 came out of the safe for carry and range work, it normally just sees the range

Still ugly and not the easiest for us fat boys to conceal...but reliable as the Day is Long!

I thought there was actually someone who eats crows....had to see their recipe....figured it was wrapped in bacon with a jalapeno and cheese, but it still sounded gross/shady in my head. haha

Anyways, I recently broke down and purchased a glock 19. My 1911 has been retired to the safe so it doesnt get stolen or takin by the police if i had to shoot someone. One thing is for sure, glocks are easy to be accurate with. Took me maybe 5 shots to figure it out.

Welcome to the club. I have owned and carried a Glock for the last 13 years. It is an extremely reliable & simple to use pistol.

Had my g27 for almost 5 years. Over 1000 rounds through it with no failures on any kinda ammo. I carry it everywhere but to work and would trust my life to it. I believe glock is the most durable well built carry gun made.
