NFA Eforms

I have the trust. Now I need the items! This could get addicting!

I will be submitting a Form 1 and a Form 4 I think...
Should I paper file or wait for Eforms?

it depends if eforms are up. They took the eform system down at the end of march. The last form 1 I sent in took around 10 months to come back.

I had paid for my can on 4-2-14. A day or two later I found out Eforms went down just before that. I'm hoping it get brought back on line soon. What else can ya do?

Not true. 6 months for paper. I have several over the years. I've never even heard of a year long wait from anyone with proper paperwork.

Absolutely true up until a couple
of months ago. My Osprey 45 was 374 days.

I had one on hold with silencer shop waiting for eform to get back up. They sent me an email last week telling me I could keep waiting. They recommend paper filing with chance of the law changing in June that would then require trust plus fingerprint, photo and maybe a leo signature.

It's not happening in June. It has been pushed back until 2015. I'm talking about 41p.
