Help finalize a 308 build...

Looking for some input and pics of options for a 308 build.

Here is what I have gathered:

Rem 700 LH short action (308 bolt face)
#8 Shilen Barrel (1:10 twist....going to be primarily shooting 178 BTHP's)
H-S precision stock
Timney trigger
EGW 20 moa rail


I am thinking about finishing out barrel length at 22"....

What should I do for cerakote color, removeable brake or no brake?, optics, etc.???

I'd spend another $75 and upgrade trigger to a Jewell

Everything looks good. Im with cajun blake spend that little extra money on a jewell. Well worth it.

X2 what has been said and I am fond of coyote tan for the cerakote and no brake just put a suppressor on it

Cut the barrel at 20" and thread it.

Im building my .308 now. Still have to get new trigger and stock and my can to get here in a few months and I will be good to go
