Yeah, I finally gave in. I certainly didn't need another caliber but we will see.

I'm still on the fence but I'm pretty deeply invested in it at this point.

I've had my 6.8 for over 6 years now.
Just got my 300BO within the last year.

If I had gotten the BO before another AR rifle caliber (non 5.56) I would have to really think about it.
The BO pretty much covers all the bases.

Regardless, those components are going to make for a very sweet setup...congrats!!

Oh and take your bolt out of the package and grab a 10mm round. Put them together and check the fit!

That's why I say I'm on the fence. In addition to the standard 5.56 I also have 300 blackout and 6.5 Grendel ARs. I'm just not 100% convinced that the 6.8 is any better than either of those.

But I'm willing to give it a try.

I have a Noveske part on my next put together project- another 6.8
Ok so its only a tread protector , for my 18" ARP Barrel. But it's a start.

Gotta chose the handguard next.

Looks great so far Mike, can't wait to see the end product.
