1:7 is the preferred twist rate. 1:8 will work but gets marginal on the longer, heavier bullets.

I got two friends to get on this deal and when I sent in my FFL / Tax ID & told them I needed to order one more for the business, but the tax did not apply due to me being a dealer, they jacked it up to over $1k!!
Amazing how some people do business!! Can you believe it...did the actual change while in the direct duration of our conversation and sending emails for the other transactions & tax exemtion. Now Benji from grabagun is not replying.
These guys will never see any of my money...pretty rotton & never been treated / ignored like this before.
Feel free to let them know & reference Paul's bait & switch order...I found a deal on another site so no biggie but good grief that was insulting & stupid business practice!! Then not even big enough man up & to continue the communications??

I really do not care about the circumstances but communicate to me why you accepted and confirmed TWO purchases @ $852EA & went through WITH CONFIRMATION JUST mins before my inquiery about being an ffl & grabagun changes the price during our conversation when I sent them business??
I got the same gun for less elsewhere, but this was a total fail & a deliberate act...may everyone remember grabagun is dishonest.

I got confirmation from another site and will confirm shortly...I have been in this gig long enough to know the game Eco, but a supplier should have honored the listed price due to the fact we were closing the deals on another customer for the special price, why not just tell me he can only honor the others and apologize?? I can deal with that, but I was simply blown off while communicating and he raised his pricing without an courtesy explanation.
Under the circumstances I would have honored the one tome last buy and not cause bad press for my company. Total fail to save $200??
Again, mostly upset he took the ball and ran home without manning up...no backbone.

It was a real cheesy / classless move...don't get me wrong, I think companies have every right to do what they feel is necessary to be profitable, but if I'm in discussions with you giving you my FFL for the $852 deal that you honored, at least give me the professional courtesy to say it was a mistake or honest answer as to why you cannot accept one more order at the advertised price. Benji from grabagun does not represent most gun dealers & ffl's.
Again, I found the same gun at an even a better price & have a confirmation number...I do not have a colt in my AR round up & am tickled to have found this. Not often you get a 6920 at Bushmaster / RRA prices.
It ended fine, but I take my business associations seriously & to have a grown man / dealer act like a child is a pet peeve. All I ask for is honesty & sincerity while doing business as that is how I treat my customers. Immaturiy sticks in my craw when dealing with adults on a business level & this speaks volumes for grabagun.

Go to gunbroker and go to the FFL finder. Plug in your zip code and it will give you a list in your area.
You pay for the gun, the FFL sends his info to the dealer then they ship it to him.
Then the FFL calls you and you fill out the 4473 at his location, pay his transfer fee and leave with the gun.
