May I present to you the 2014 Scholastic Pistol Program Texas State Champions, The Red Dawn Stykers:
They won going away, beating the second place team by almost 30 seconds. Hunter improved on his Regional time by about 2.5 seconds. He had his best run EVER in "Go Fast", where there are 4 18"x24" targets and 1 10" stop plate in the middle. To date, he had flirted with the sub 2's, and Saturday he had one run at 2.0something, then a throwaway at 3 and change (you make five runs, and throw out the highest), then 1.77, 1.69 and a 1.55!!

Next up, Nationals in Sparta, Illinois in July.
