Preferred ammo for 6.8

Ordering a DD Ambush at the end of the month and was curious what types of ammo you guys are running through your 6.8's.

I'll be using it to shoot coyotes to axis and everything in-between.

Other than the feeding issue I am currently having with my 6.8 (not the ammo's fault) my gun likes the 110gr vmax and the 120gr sst both by Hornady. I can get under 1/2 inch 3 shot groups out of both weights now with my gun at 100 yards.

My arp loves the 120sst access the 110 sst accubonds. But I like the performance of the sst more and they are a little cheaper too.

I shoot the Hornady VMAX 120gr with very happy results. Havent tried any others though. Whats the saying, if it aint broke....

I have SSA 115 gr I use at the range and I use Fusion 115gr for deer and hogs. Then going to use the brass to reload.

SSA 110gr Nosler Accubonds is what mine likes

I shoot a lot of silver state armory ammo, Hornady, and my reloads. I would say the Hornady with the 120gr SST would be your best bet. Maybe a little more bullet than needed for a coyote but is more than tough enough for any deer or hog out there, and the Hornady are pretty accurate usually.

Have heard very good things about the Hornady loads
Heard they run alittle hotter then most

hornady is know for hot loads but with all the old speci chambers still out there i dont think this is the case on 6.8 may be on high end for speci i dont know

Mine likes the SSA 110 Accubond for deer and hogs
