new Jewell triggers normally sell for $185-215

you know the firearms, ammo, and gun industry is crazy when used Jewell triggers are fetching over $300 on fleabay

contact Larry Scott @ Great Scott shooters supply and see what he has in stock

I need one also but not willing to fork out $250+ on a trigger that retails for < $200

can it be safely adjusted to 2ozs. ? .... the answer is no

fine tuned 700 triggers are nice, but Jewell triggers are on a whole different planet

Haven't put mine on a scale, but it's probably 1-1.5#. For a competition gun, I gotcha. But two ounces for hunting would be crazy! Coming from a guy who can't shoot a heavy trigger

I used to think I wanted a Kepplinger single set for my rifle. Dad helped me work on the factory one, and it was like having a whole new rifle. I do hope y'all can find what you're looking for

                        The X Mark triggers aren't.

The older triggers were pretty good if you knew how to tune them.

But neither of them hold a candle to a Jewell.

It's not just the pull weight that makes them awesome. Zero creep. And break reliable at the same weight every time. NO Remington trigger will come close. The Jewell's I use for hunting break at 1 pound. I should go a bit lighter but they do good as is.

I've never shot a Jewell, but my trigger is super crisp. It's easily the best hunting trigger in the house. But, I've never shot a top notch after market hunting trigger

I take that back, my dad's silhouette rifle as a jewel I believe. Of course, I can't tell how crisp it is, cause its so light
