Threading a Beretta Bobcat 22lr barrel?

There are a few companies out there that have replacement barrels, but there is another company that can thread the existing pistol barrel (Accurate Ordinance). Does anyone know of a gunsmith that can do this IN Texas? I'd rather not have to ship this thing cross half the country. Shipping wouldn't be cheap...
