You wanted it: Code1032.com made it

There have been over the past year a lot of requests for a portable holster that could be used in the truck, at a desk chair, couch (even recliners) or any where else you might want to put a holster that is not a traditional on your body holster.

Code1032.com is very happy and proud to say that holster now exists. I would like to introduce you to the "Commuter". I have been carrying the pictured proto-type for a month. No one pays any attention to a commuter bag in any store, restaurant or even Walmart. Now you can carry a gun on your waist and a gun in your vehicle.

It handles any gun from a .380 to a full size .45; it fits left or right handed shooters and best of all, it folds up into a "commuter" bag and now you don't have to leave a gun in your vehicle when you are not there. The holster comes off and can be used for a slip holster as well.

I am in the process now of sewing in a couple of small velcro tabs on the top side so a "drape" can be attached and put the gun in a "legal" status of "out of plain view" but will still allow quick access to the gun with a simple snatch of the material. I also looking at attaching a handle that can be removed as it will be velcroed as well.

The holster is made with 1000D Cordura and the bottom holster area is backed with .06 Kydex which is inserted into the covering. Cost is $70.00 including priority shipping and taxes. Colors are almost unlimited.

Very cool, functional and practical. Have to ask though what holds it to the car seat before you sit down on it? The friction of the cloth against the seat or are you tucking it inbetween the cushions?

Put a shoulder strap on that dude and you would have you a murse haha.

I would think it wouldn't slide off if you weren't in the truck because hopefully there would be no gun in it, in plain view, to pull it to the floor board.

I checked it out in person today while picking up another holster. It's pretty sweet!

Question.... How is the one for the car legal as that is not concealed?

              HMMMM......now there's a good question.

Is squeezing your thighs together to cover the gun with your knees, and in the process squishing the "boys" considered concealed???

The tail end tucks between seat back and seat bottom to stay in place. The issueof plain view I addressed above. I am putting two small velcro tabs on the edge so a drape can be attached but still being able to snatch off the drape to get to the gun.

Price is listed at $70.00 which includes shipping by priority mail.

I am going to put a shoulder/ handle that will Velcro on or off too.
