Non existent.
Long story short, my wife decides to surprise me for valentines day by buying me a new pair of binos.
Bless her heart she thinks reading reviews and buying cheap is the way to go.
So she gives them to me this morning. I see the Barska box and you can guess what I'm thinking. But hey. Could be a great pair to keep in the truck and not worry about dinging up to much.
Well they suck. You can't get the reticles to come together so in the field of view everything is double.
Yah there cheap but this can't be right. I call Barska and they refused to take them back. I have to return them to the retailer. I would understand if they were damaged in shipping but this is a manufacturing defect. The only way they will honor the warranty is if they quit working 30 days after purchase.
Is this normal? Most optic makers will stand buy their product.
