    Fun Targets/Shooting games

I go to the range with buds fairly often and am looking for ways to spice things up.

I am thinking a couple shooting competitions on paper would be fun, instead of the "I bet I can hit that from____" that we usually do. Interactive targets are fun (cokes, cans of corn, bowling pins, and steel) but are also bulky and have to be picked up.

I'm looking for some cool paper target games. I've found a few I will try to attach. But would like some more.

    What do yall do?

This is my personal favorite rifle target.

      Rules:
      100 yards
print on 8.5"x11" paper (inner dots are 0.5" or ~half MOA)
only 16 rounds on paper, 1 per target
score 1 for breaking black solid inner circle
score an additional X for breaking white inner dot

The playing cards thing is pretty fun. Might get you a steel tower target where they flip back and forth and have shoot offs. Half start on your side half on his side, and you get 10 shots or 30 seconds and whoever has the most targets on his side loses.

Also two horizontal 5 shot targets next to each other and have a speed competition first to knock down his 5 wins. If you have lots of buddies you can have a bracket set up and have one ultimate champion at the end.

Did both of these at the whittington center in raton for one of their camps, ended up winning a slick little knife for being the fastest in camp with a .22 pistol.

Although I have not been able to make one, there are some guys from TX on Snipers Hide that will hold a long range farm shoot. Several guys will meet at someone's farm to shoot steel at various ranges (some known distances and some at unknown distances) and shoot from various positions/objects. Day ends with a chicken burn or some such. Sounds like fun.
