    I don't even remember Matt but they were a POS is all I know.

    I'm probably lucky I didn't have to have it drilled the last time it happened. I got so ****** after 15minutes of trying to get it open that I started kicking the dial. It finally opened but the lock was trashed.

      I guess I I ever start having trouble with it, I'll have it replaced before it gets too bad.

        I have two Cannon safes.

        One of then(a 52 gun) started doing exactly what you described. The last digit WAS 71, but would only open at 72, sometimes 73.

        I called the company, a locksmith was at my house within I think 10 days, whole new dial, absolutely no charge. I told them I was completely locked out of the safe, seemed to get them to put more of a rush on it.

          You did yourself good on the LeGard. You dont have the problems with commercial dials like the cheap dial they install in the mass produced safe market. Just rebuilt the dial on a old Major round door safe that had been under water. Little PTFE lube and all is working good again but this combo has brass bolt cams and wheelpacks.
