    anyone reload for the .260?

I am looking for someone that reloads 100 gr and under for the .260. I do not reload and to be honest would rather find someone that I could pay for reloads. I plan on using my little girls .260 in the off season for predators and want to shoot something other then the 140 coreloc that she shoots now. I am drawing a big blank when I search for 100 gr bullets.

I load for mine, but no where near that light. Make sure your twist will let you shoot that light. May have problems. Try Dallas Reloads. Look them up on the internet or Texas Hunting Forum under the reloading forum. He does custom loads. Nosler makes a 100grain pill and Hornady makes a 95gr. Midway carries both.

looking at bullet mfrs, Sierra makes an 85gr HP but i dont see anyone who sells it in loaded ammo. 100 gr was the lowest

.260 is just uncommon enough for the choices in loaded ammo to pretty small. Check with Conley Precision http://www.cpcartridge.com/ or Superior Ammunition. http://www.superiorammo.com/

Thanks! I cant even find the 100 gr loaded any where online.
I am trying to no buy a new gun. I have my old yote gun but it is a wildcat and they dont make the brass anymore.....I fgured the 260 would be good if I can find some lower grain bullets.

260 Is good in any grain. I would not look past any grain. It is a proven killer!

I do. 42 grs of Varget behind a 100 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip. I'm getting right at 3100 fps with a 22" barrel and .5-.7" groups at 100 yards with a 9x scope. That's my go to rifle and round for all small and medium game. I've killed everything from crows and coons under the feeder to big bucks, 300 lb pigs, a mountain lion and a black bear. I've never had to use more than 1 shot to dispatch an animal and never had an animal go more that 50ish yards after being shot. Get pass throughs on most deer. I've a few bucks that I've broken both shoulders and had the bullet lodge about skin deep on the opposite shoulder. Its an amazing round. I have 2, have had several offers to buy/trade and can't part with either.
