You will find that if you can test loads at 200 yards instead off 100 yards you will get better data of qhats going on and how well they group... personally I do .5 grain incriments to find the nodes... then go back and toy with .2 grain incriments... your incriments are too large to hone it in quicker... do load testing on very calm conditioms for best results and give the barrel a few min between shots to cool... imo its a waste of time and work to set up a chrony if your trying to find the best load... I only use a chrony to get data after I find my pet load... and I record my velocities at several different ambient air tempatures to make a chart of how the velocity differs with the tempature.... yes even temp stable powder varies with diff ambient air temps...

Blakester, what is the theory behind a right bolt, left eject?

My guess is so that you can see everything you put in and take out of your action and not have to look over to the other side when loading and all?

I loaded some more charges and the groups tighened up a bit more. I loaded 25.7 (Bottom right 1.376"), 25.8(Top left .461"), 25.9(Bottom right .402"), 26.0(Top Right.447") grs. of H335. Best groups came out of 25.8, 25.9 and 26.0gr. I screwed up and adjusted my scope after the 25.7 and 25.9 loads and so I don't have an accurate POI for the 25.8 and 26.0 loads. I think I am going to load some more 25.9 and retest there and then? What do you guys think of the groups from the above loads? I also had flyer on the 25.9 load and then one shot was after I adjusted the scope hence the 3 shots in a nice tight touching line and then 2 odd balls.

                        It looks cool

And it's probably a single shot.
