Pistol shooting range

Looking for a pistol shooting range where pistols can be rented and some basic instruction provided for a complete newbie. The person is in the Sugar Land-Richmond area.

I know it's a bit of a drive, but if you go to Spring Guns & Ammo they have dozens of rentals, an indoor range, and pretty affordable range fees. Ask for Shane and have him go over everything with you. Tell him I sent you.

Tactical Firearms in Katy does rentals, has an indoor range and even has a Ladies Night every Tues. Half price range and rental fees w/ free instruction for the ladies from 5:00- 7:00.

Top gun, in Houston has alot of rentals. She could just arange for a shooting instructor to meet her there and rent a gun.

tactical in katy, athena or memorial shooting center I10/beltway area, or Top gun are all good ranges to go to with a good selection of rental firearms. I personally like the more automated setups at tactical and athena. The last time I was at Topgun they were under renovation so they might have a better setup now than a year or so ago.
