      if his profile is correct, he lives in the land of fruits and nuts, and outside sales of ammo has to be shipped to FFL to process background check and all that crap just like a firearms purchase.

          I have never seen it in any of the stores I have been to but Academy online has some reloading supplies. They have equipment, bullets and primers listed.
