    Peep sight for Winchester 94?

I'd like to get a peep sight for my 30-30. It's a pre-64 Winchester 94, D&T for it already. Which make and model do y'all like? Is there anything that I should stay away from? I've been looking at the Lyman's.

    Thanks!

Hope you find something you like.

I prefer ghost ring peeps. To me, I prefer the faster aquisition of the ghost ring with both eyes open. Then again, its mounted on a 44mag carbine, so its not a tackdriver much past 75-100yds anyways. Not to mention the ghost rings are a little better at first and last light and way better than buckhorn sights

Good info on the Ghost Rings, thanks. I love to use this rifle on hogs, so target acquisition in low light is important.

I'm not sure what the model is but I use a Williams peep on mine with factory front sight. Has always held zero for the past 5 yrs.

I have Skinner sights on a couple of mine. They work great. You probably will have to replace the front sight.

Machined from Solid Bar stock, Skinner Sights offers improved function, durability, and appearance over factory sights. Specializing in Peep Sights - Aperture sights. Check out our innovative and expanding sights, optics and accessories product lines.

Not as many choices with the top eject. I put a Lyman on mine. It mounts on the side in existing tapped holes
