    Reloading 300 blackout

Buddy of mine just started loading for his 300 using once fired brass and 110 bullet. Problem is the bullet came out of case when he tried to chamber it. I looked at the round and the seating depth was minimal maybe 1/8 " as a guess. Told him to seat deeper and mark bullets to see if they are touching lands. Any other ideas or direction.

That's a really short bullet and 1/8 seating depth isn't much to hold on to. Seat deeper or use a longer bullet. I doubt you are anywhere near the lands with that setup.

Check you bullets! Sounds like 30 carbine bullets? Had a guy do this once.

300blk uses a very short throat. The bullets are seated into the case with almost all of the cylinder section in the case neck.
