Scope mount for P-223 that allows use of BUIS

Don't have the money for Larue or any of those. Do y'all know if this:

I would look at cantilever style mounts. The nikon p/m223 mounts, burris PEPR, or the RRA mounts. They are all under $100 and will mount the scope where it needs to be. They will also allow you to put a flip up sight under them. You will not be able to use your iron sight and your scope at the same time...

I just put the Nikon P223 on my Bushy. was wondering what the thought is on the 45 degree iron sights? Just cant the rifle to the side and use the iron sights?
