Help me with parts for AR build

I'm building a 6.8 SPCII for my wife and need some advice on parts.

Here's what I have so far:
14.5" Midlength barrel with barrel nut
Low Pro Gas Block and Midlength gas tube
Spikes stripped upper
13" Handguard
AAC 51T QD that will be pinned and welded to make the barrel 16"
Spikes Stripped lower

What I need:
LPK
Buffer tube, spring, castle nut (kit)- Was thinking Spikes ST-T2
Stock- want a MagPul CTR or MOE
Dust cover kit
Charging handle- will get a BCM Gunfighter Medium latch

I've never built one from the ground up so where is the best place to buy "kits" that have all the pins, springs and detents ect?

Any recommendations?

Milspec 6 position tube w H buffer and carbine spring. the CTR has better angles for cheek weld than the MOE and is more comfortable. you should be able to buy this as a kit if i remember right.
