        depends on the hospital. Some hospitals are just an extension of a university. Kinda like UTMB, and we know schools are a no no.

          the er is far and away the most dangerous, deadly place for nurses/doctors i any hospital. every hospital that posts a 30-06 sign better have a huge liability insurance policy, because there is almost no way to provide adequate/perfect security when some meth head decides to kill someone.

            The older gentleman in that story that was stabbed died the other day. I know his family. They are from my hometown.
