I have recently purchased a like new Remington Classic in 6.5x55 Swede. My question is this......
I have another Swede that uses 140 Grain partitions (and have killed 3 deer so far with them this year) but I'm wondering if 125 grain partitions are going to be adequate for deer. I know the answer is most likely yes because the sectional density on the 125 is higher than that of the same weight in a .270 Win (duh) but I'm still curious.
I'm using reloder 19 powder, Norma brass and CCI 200's to set it off. And I know the bullet will "perform" great from 1800-3200fps.
Please let me know if you've used these in your Grendels and Creedmoors too. How did they perform for you?
I'm very interested in the 125s but have never used them.
