That's the problem, the laws are only obsolete when they don't conform with certain people's beliefs.

Actually, I misread Penrose's. She favors more state rights, similar to what some states have put into (tried to put into place) where the state controls items manufactured in state, suppressors, etc. As Texas sits now, this may be ok for us, but who knows....
Please correct if I'm wrong, misreading.
