I'm looking for a muzzle loader to extend my 2013-2014 deer season. Need an inexpensive or borrowed one.

How much are the Savage ones going for? Any experiences with the Remington 700?

I'm going to knock the dust off of my Cabelas Hawkin 50 cal next weekend. A little excited, haven't even fired it in a couple years and haven't hunted with it in about 10.
She always liked 80 grains of pyrodex and round ball. Open sights are deadly out to 75 yards.
