    Oversized Charging Handle Needed!

Curious if anybody had this issue that I am having.
I have a flat top Ar with the A4 stock. I have a Nikon scope one it. The scope is set perfect for eye relief with the solid stock and the cheeck weld is perfect with low mount rings. I dont want to move the scope at all.

The problem I have is the scope sits too close to the charging handle. It is combersome to rack it back bare handed. You can only catch about a 1/4'' of finger meat to pull it back.

I have seen several oversized handles, but cant find any actual info on how much wider the handle is compared to the factory RR handle. I seems that if the handle was about a 1/2" wider on each side it would allow you to get a solid, stable pull on it.

Anybody have any suggestions that you know will work for me?

    Cheers!

Thats nice...kinda pricey, but if it fixes the problem. Do you know how much wider the T-handle is compared to a standard handle?

Interesting!...Looks like that would give you about 3/4" width past factory. Is the front side smooth or knurled?

Not sure about the knurling. I run these on all my guns. It allows for easy one handed charging. I don't like the idea of getting the important digit too far away from the trigger!

Either the raptor as mentioned above or a variation of the BCM Gunfighter in mod 3 or 4.

                i like these.
The BCM® Mod 4B charging handle (5.56/.223) medium latch extends past the main body of the charging handle by approximately .91in.

From the images I was able to google, it looks like it is smooth. There are lots of mfg of these though. Google tactical latch and take your pick!
