Luckily I have an SBR and an 870 I can carry until this one runs like it should. I just hate the SBR because its too loud!

get an adaptor and can that sbr amigo...that should have been your first action item!!

SBR's in the dark make quite a flash and hard for follow ups.

Replace the buffer with a heavier buffer and if you have access to one try a rifle recoil spring. (Run it with the spring to make sure it doesn't bind, I have no problems with mine)
