Failure to Feed Issue While Suppressed

My rifles is having repeatable FTFs every third to fourth shot.

I have run it clean, dirt, normal lube, extra lube on the BCG..

    Rifle:
    Daniel Defense DDM4 V7
    16" barrel
    AAC 51T Breakout Comp
    AAC 7.622 SND6 Suppressor

    Ammo:
    64 grain Bonded soft point

    Mags:
Magpul Pmags 10 and 30 round.
I have tried several different mags to rule that out.

I did email DD to see what they say but ayone here have any ideas?

I think it might be over gassed and cycling too fast to catch the next round

Does it have an adjustable gas block? If so, have you adjusted on it any in either direction?

Hmmm...never heard of that....but no expert here. I would think more likely under gassed and not cycling back far enough to catch the next round.

Have you tried different ammo for sh-ts and giggles?

          Are those softpoints round nose?

Sounds like it might be over gassed, if it works fine without the suppressor but does it after firing a few rounds with it. You could try a heavier buffer and see if that helps out any.

Hmmmm...try a Tapco mag even though you have run Magpul with 10 & 30 rounds.

Wish I could help you from experience, mine is still in ATF jail right now. I think I would try either a buffer or gas block. Probably the buffer first because that's easier to change.

Try running an least an H2 buffer and check out tacticalsprings.com...also, run some decent M855 / 5.56 ammo through it some to help break it in.

Keep it wet / lubed if it's hot outside & don't use it as your primary until you have 100% confidence in her.

I run a combo of frog lube liquid & Mobile 1 synthetic for the gas ports when running hot. I also combo frog lube paste with high temp bearing grease for the bolt & bcg.

                    Good luck...that gun should shoot.

I will get one ordered and try it out.

Luckily I have an SBR and an 870 I can carry until this one runs like it should. I just hate the SBR because its too loud!

Coming from my exp in the military I would look into your ejector if it looks good try filling your mags five rounds less worked for me.... Is it ftf or stove piping?

FTF. It extracts the spent round then the bolt goes overtop of the next round in the mag almost crushing it right below the neck

Are you resting the magazine on anything or something holding force on the bottom of it
