My wood target frames get shredded by the bullet fragments, but the steel plate still looks great.

The spalling problem was fixed when they add the coating to the ar500 armor plates...they are not raw steel .

They sell quality products that you can bet your life on..

IF you can afford it, I say go for it...

I bought 2 for when we go night hog hunting. They are a bit heavy, but no more than normal I'm told. I picked up the new versions with the rhino line on them.
