can i make a youth 1100 full size

bought a youth model 1100 for my son. the old 20 ga 1100 I have is pre 1975 and is made onto a 12 ga frame. its too heavy and long for my 12 year old. I was wondering if i could change out the barrel and stock on a youth model 20 ga lt 1100 and make it full side. any of y'all ever did this?

Yes a 20 LT can be made into a full size (length). However you cannot interchange the pre 75 parts with a LT 20. PM sent
