Diesal. Cruise surging. Anybody had this issue

Its possible its the throttle position sensor, need to look at ecm data while this happening. Try to find someone with a scan tool that will read data on a Dodge cummins.

I know on my 2000 I could turn the ignition 3 times to the on position then to off 3 or 4 times and some codes would pop up in the where it shows your mileage. Then take the codes and look them up. Idk if it works on 03 model I think it does.
