    Yildiz auto loader

Is anyone around here using the 20 gauge al from yildiz? I heard they had some issues when they first came around and I'm wondering if that's been resolved. I'd like to try one since the O/U is a reliable entry level gun.

A friend of mine bought one the other day and used it this weekend. It worked great with no problems. I shot it several times and knocked down a fe dove with it. Seems solid and feels good. I would say give it a try.

Good to hear. Did it feel good shouldered? I never see them on the shelves to try out.

It felt pretty good. I only shot it a few time but cane up pretty smooth. It does have an unusual loading sequence. I don't know how to describe it but it is different. When you want to manually unload it, the shells kick out the bottom. Overall it was good. His 16 year old daughter shot it all weekend and did great with it. It was her first time dove hunting.

I've shot too many rounds through a yildiz, along with several friends & family who own them, to read too much into this. Thanks for the heads up though.

I bet you can find a used Remington 1100 in the same price range, much better gun IMO.

That failure on the other post was on their O/U. Good info though. You do get what you pay for but you can buy several of these for the price of some others. Nuts depends on you type and amount of use.
