Went somewhere with wife and kids. No marking of 30.06 or 51%

Once we are inside and only in one spot there was a 51% sign (at concession stand) and was only posted in Spanish.

I was carrying - should I have not been?

I would say NO, as long as you were not hanging out in the close vicinity of the stand and don't understand spanish.

If you are in a bar that is supposed to show 51% signage and they don't, it is a defense to procecution. You could go to jail and then prove your case...

Wasn't a bar. It was a large warehouse that had a kids dinosaur expo.
