what grain bullet

On a ar with a1/9 twist what range of grain of bullet is recommended ???? Will be used on pigs....I'm now using 55gr

Barrel Twist Rate = Max Bullet Weight.
1:14"=55 FB
1:12"=65 FB
1:9". =73gr BT
1:8"=80 gr BT
1:7" or 1:6.5"= 90 gr BT VLD

You can't always go by charts. The only way to know for sure is to try different bullets in your gun. I've seen bullet weights shoot great that weren't supposed to.

Not a prob. But like m16 said the chart is just a guide you need to head out and shoot to make sure.
