    Winchester Model 1400 - Extractor Help

    Extractor is broke. I got the bolt out but have no idea how to get the extractor out. Cant find any videos or threads on it. Anybody out there know how to git 'er done?

          I have a 1400 in 20 with a bad magazine separator...can't find a replacement part . I have tried to disassemble what you have pictured. From what I read, a lot of these were made by Winchester when they tried to start a bunch of shooting clubs so the parts were throw always....maybe not you year, but it was on mine.

            From the looks of the exploded model, it will come apart just like a AR-15 bolt carrier. The large pin at the bottom of the assembly should come out and the bolt will then come out to allow you access to the retaining pin that is holding the extractor in.

              You're right. I finally found a video last night that was actually for a model 1200 pump.
