    leupold great customer service

    I had a pair of binoculars from leupold about 15 years old that started to not seem as clear as they once were and another newer pair I broke a eye piece on.I sent both pairs to leupold and they sent me two brand new pairs with no charge.

      Great company. I shot my first deer with a leupold scope. Low light conditions, cold, wet and rainy and couldnt ask for any clearer scope in these conditions.

        Buy any used Leupold optics...working or not LIFETIME warranty! If it breaks send it in...if they can't fix it you will get a new one and many times it will be a upgraded model.

          Yep, they sent me a brand new pair of binoculars for a pair that was still good just not quite clear like it used to be and completely redid a scope for me to make it like new. great folks

                    Several years ago my father was hunting in Colorado and had his rifle slung on his shoulder walking. He slipped and fell backwards landing on his gun. His 10 yo Leupold scope bent down to the barrel on the front of his gun. He sent it in with a letter stating to call with price to repair it and he would give them his cc#. Well after several weeks he decided to call and check on it, they said it had already been processed and was in the mail.
                    He received in the mail a BRAND NEW scope and a letter of thanks from them for doing business!
