Supplier delays cause Code1032.com delays

FYI - Guys and girls that have orders that are running longer than the target 21 days we are having supplier delays which in turn are going to run delays to you. Just a public service announcement so no one has to wonder what is going on.

We have a leather supplier that is low on premium grade so they have been trying to pass off craft grade, given it is premium craft grade, it is not what I will sell to customers. We also have a back log with our hardware supplier. I just got a ship notice on a hardware order I put in on the 22nd.

So, please, be patient, we just ordered a second shipment to have in reserve and hopefully this will not be an issue in the future. Business lessons for this first time business owner. I hope everyone is understanding. Oh, and we are still as advertised - Not 8 week.

Danny, I appreciate you posting this up. I had gotten the PM with the address request some time back. I was about to try to contact you for tracing information... no need now. As I told you when I ordered mine, I'm in no hurry... I appreciate the fact that you will not compromise on quality to your customers! As a business owner myself, I totally agree with you. Well worth the wait... I wore mine all day sunday which prett much consisted of 7 hours in my truck. Didnt feel a thing.

Ok, guys and girls I finally got my hardware in the mail. and the leather shippment from last week is back in line. We are back in the mix - I will be wearing blisters on my finger tips this weekend.
