C&R license?

Anybody know anything about them?

Like, how much of a record do I need to keep?

And how easy would it be if I needed to sell a few weapons I bought under the license?

I had one when collecting. Record keeping is by log book of transactions. You can also do this by keeping the sales records, bills of sale, emails. Still have to record the serial number on the barrell/action with dates. Sales to another individual not really difficult, unless across state lines. Then FFL to FFL as usual except the C&R is considered a FFL for the transaction and 2 C&R's can sell to one another. Does make regular firearm purchases easier as well.
