into Brookshires. went in for tea, tylenol and ice cream. only thing different about this trip.... i was carrying. got my license in the mail this afternoon and took my maiden voyage.

no metal detectors screaming, no flares set off, no wide spread panic

i know it's nothing for you seasoned vets, but there are a ton of us guys on here that are newbies to the whole deal. i was definetly conscience about my shirt, but i think i did well.

anybody have any good / funny stories about your first time or fears ?

I dont have any funny stories, but I can relate. It seems weird for quite a while. Then it gets to a point were you forget you have it at times. Then it gets to were you feel naked without it. I still dont know what I would do,feel, if I get pulled over by the popo.

I have been pulled over twice while I had my pistol the one time in McKinney was no issue at all but when I was in West Memphis Arkansas this guy called for back up and everything still ended up not being an issue I have never had to show it just to let them know where it was.
